Saint-Gobain’s Sanitary Conical Process Vessels are suitable for any application where aseptic, sanitary, non-metallic fluid handling is desired. The tanks comply with USP Class VI and non-cytotoxic standards. Tanks are available in LPE, Polypropylene and chemical-resistant Kynar® (PVDF).

Saint Gobain’s Tank Stands are available in portable or industrial models. Portable tank stands are manufactured in 304 Stainless Steel or Powder-Coated Stainless Steel. Industrial tank stands are manufactured in 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.

Saint-Gobain’s Sanitary Drains are available in three models: a Polypropylene Ball Valve, a Polypropylene Diaphragm Valve, and a Sanitary Conical Drain Valve with a Polypropylene Valve Body and a Silicone Diaphragm. Drain options are available to comply with USDA regulations.

Saint-Gobain’s Installed Sanitary Ferrules have been specially designed to work with Saint-Gobain’s tanks. Ferrules are available in HDPE, Polypropylene, and Kynar® (PVDF).
| Siphon Tubes
Saint-Gobain’s Siphon Tubes are ideal for fluid transfer using a peristaltic or vacuum pump, product sampling, reagent introduction, and drainage. The Siphon Tubes are specially designed for use with Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics closed-dome bio tanks. Siphon Tube materials are non-cytotoxic, meet USP Class VI and comply with 21 CFR 177.1520.
| Rotary Spray Jets
Saint-Gobain’s Rotary Spray Jets are ideal for cleaning tank and process vessel interiors. Rotary Spray Jets provide a minimum of 300° pattern. Also available for the Rotary Spray Jets are Mounting Apparatus, Charging Elbows (to deflect flow and minimize foaming), Sani-Sampling Devices, and Sani-Sampling Valves.
